May Tabatha's death not be in vain ... may others get the help they need ... May the Love and Mercy of our Lord surround you and your family at this sad time ... and may her children never have to experience the suffering and pain that their mother did is our prayer but be made whole, healthy and well all the days of their lives ... carrying on their Mother's legacy of love .

I am a nurse in the Mount Carmel West ER that was fortunate enough to make the acquaintance of the beautiful soul that was Tabatha. I worried for her, I was "my nurse" to Tabatha. I don't know many of the other people in her life, but I want you to know what she meant to me. I liked her immediately when we met in room 25. She was down and out, but we managed to make the best of it and became friends quite quickly. She was clearly special, that smile, that laugh... she was different. I had so hoped for a different outcome for her, she deserved it more than she knew. I will never forget her. My heartbreaks for the family, unfortunately, I do know what it's like to lose someone you love to addiction. Like she would tell me, " I'm not a bad person, I'm a good person, I make bad decisions sometimes." But, she still managed to touch hearts, such as mine.
Xoxo Tab, enjoy your peace, you are loved.
