Survived by: wife,: Frances; children: Melvin Jennings, Nikki Jennings, Tiffani Jennings, Justin Jennings; stepchildren: Shawn Hayslip, Eric Shane Johnson, Melissa Edwards, Steven Edwards,Taylor Edwards and Chase Edwards; numerous grandchildren, family and friends.Friends may call at Jerry Spears Funeral Home with Crematory, 2693 W. Broad St., Wednesday, 4-7 PM with service to follow at 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, family is requesting donations be made to help with funeral expenses.
